Introduction

ST Solutions s.r.o. considers responsible and ethical conduct to be the foundation of its long- term prosperity and trustworthiness. This Code defines the principles we apply in our daily work and is binding for all employees, management, and business partners. We comply not only with applicable laws and regulations but also with higher ethical standards in the areas of human rights, working conditions, business ethics, safety, and environmental protection.

1. Labour and Human Rights

We do not tolerate any form of forced or child labour. We respect the dignity of every individual and the right to fair working conditions. Employees have the right to rest, safety, fair wages, and equal opportunities. Discrimination and bullying are unacceptable in any form.

2. Health and Safety

We are committed to creating a safe working environment, minimizing risks, and providing regular employee training. Everyone has the right to refuse dangerous work and the duty to report imminent risks. We aim to prevent accidents and incidents through regular inspections and updates of safety measures.

3. Business Ethics and Transparency

All decisions are made honestly, transparently, and without conflicts of interest. We do not tolerate any form of corruption, bribery, or unfair competition. We reject offering or accepting gifts that could influence business decisions.
We respect the confidentiality of information and protect both our own and our partners’ know-how.

4. Environmental Protection

We use materials and resources efficiently and responsibly. We comply with all legal requirements concerning waste management, emissions, and handling of hazardous substances. We work only with partners who share our ethical values. We expect suppliers to adhere to labour, environmental, and ethical standards. We actively monitor the quality of our products and services in accordance with the ISO 9001 standard.

6. Internal Reporting (Whistleblowing)

Every employee has the right to report violations of this Code anonymously and without fear of retaliation. The company guarantees confidentiality and fair investigation of each report.
Violations may lead to disciplinary action or termination of cooperation.

7. Responsibility of Management and Employees

Company leadership sets an example in adhering to the principles of this Code and fosters an environment that supports ethical behaviour. Every employee is responsible for their conduct and must be familiar with the Code and act in accordance with its principles. Employees receive regular training and have access to guidance on ethics and compliance.

8. Implementation and Monitoring

The Code of Ethics is regularly reviewed and updated in response to changes in legislation and internal needs. Compliance with the Code is part of internal audits, controls, and may be included in performance evaluations. Violations are addressed individually and fairly, with a focus on preventing recurrence.
