Wie arbeiten wir?<\/h2>\n

Aufgrund der erforderlichen Qualit\u00e4t der Schwei\u00dfn\u00e4hte schwei\u00dfen wir haupts\u00e4chlich im WIG-Verfahren, Rohrteile oder im Orbitalschwei\u00dfverfahren. Die innere Oberfl\u00e4chenbehandlung der Oberfl\u00e4chen, die mit dem Produkt in Ber\u00fchrung kommen, wird standardm\u00e4\u00dfig auf Ra 0,8 \u03bcm<\/span>geschliffen, aber wir k\u00f6nnen auch auf Ra 0,1 \u03bcm<\/span> polieren oder elektrochemisches Polieren anbieten. Die \u00e4u\u00dferen Oberfl\u00e4chen k\u00f6nnen nach Kundenwunsch gestaltet werden, zum Beispiel geb\u00fcrstet mit ungeschliffenen Schwei\u00dfn\u00e4hten oder vollst\u00e4ndig geschliffen. F\u00fcr tragende Strukturen und eine Reihe von geschwei\u00dften Rahmen k\u00f6nnen wir bei Bedarf auch kugelgestrahlt liefern. <\/p>\n
